Who We  Are

VIDA Entertainment Foundation was established in response to the limited access many young adults face when pursuing careers in the arts and entertainment sectors. Founded by experienced industry practitioners, VIDA began as an initiative to equip emerging creatives with foundational skills, consistent mentorship, and exposure to career pathways often unavailable in underserved communities. Over time, this work evolved into a mission-driven nonprofit focused on equitable workforce development and long-term economic mobility for young creatives.

VIDA’s vision is to advance a more equitable creative economy by ensuring young creatives have access to high-quality training, industry-connected learning, and sustainable career pathways. We seek to build a nationally recognized model for creative workforce development—one that increases representation, strengthens community talent pipelines, and prepares participants for long-term success in performance, production, and creative operations.

The VIDA team consists of multidisciplinary professionals with expertise in performance, production, arts education, and workforce development. Our staff and leadership bring extensive experience in both creative and operational sectors, ensuring that all programming reflects industry standards and emerging workforce needs.
