OUR MISSION

VIDA Entertainment is a nonprofit arts and workforce development organization dedicated to preparing emerging creatives ages 16–30 for sustainable careers in the entertainment industry. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world production experiences, VIDA equips young adults with technical, creative, and professional skills in performance, production, event management, and media arts—bridging the gap between talent, education, and employment while strengthening the creative workforce and cultural economy.

Creative Careers Launched

Performance Training Programs

Through our performance training programs, VIDA creates high-impact learning environments where young artists develop technique, discipline, and presence. Production careers Provided

VIDA provides aspiring production professionals with access to hands-on roles in areas such as set design, costuming, event operations, lighting, sound, and stage management. These opportunities allow participants to gain tangible experience while learning directly from working industry experts. Every placement represents a door opened—and a pathway into a career many creatives never knew was within reach. We are committed to growing these opportunities as we continue partnering with productions, foundations, and community initiatives.

VIDA Entertainment Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to creative workforce development for emerging artists ages 16–30. Led by experienced industry professionals, VIDA provides structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning pathways that prepare young creatives for viable careers in the arts, entertainment, and production sectors.

Our programs address critical gaps in career readiness by equipping participants with technical skills, professional competencies, and real-world experience across performance, production, and event management. VIDA partners with working experts, community organizations, and local arts institutions to ensure participants receive relevant training and meaningful opportunities for advancement.

VIDA is committed to increasing representation, expanding access, and supporting upward mobility for emerging creatives across the Atlanta region and beyond.

VIDA offers career preparation through résumé support, portfolio development, interview coaching, and professional etiquette training. Our industry partnerships provide pathways to internships, apprenticeships, and employment. This program helps bridge emerging talent to real opportunities in the creative workforce.


VIDA’s Performance Workforce Training Program provides emerging performers with structured instruction in technique, artistry, and professional readiness. Participants engage in classes led by experienced industry instructors, receive one-on-one coaching, and gain practical experience through rehearsals and live performance opportunities. This program builds discipline, confidence, and marketable skills that support entry into the entertainment workforce.

This program introduces participants to career pathways behind the scenes, including set design, costume coordination, stage management, lighting, sound, and event production. Through project-based learning and hands-on experience at real events, participants develop foundational technical skills and gain insight into the operational demands of live entertainment. The program is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level roles in the production and events sector.
